RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (Our Customers are IMPORTANT to US)
- Please return defective/damaged/wrong goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent on the sender address mentioned on the package.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
