Report damaged product within one day of receiving your parcel.
- Our Jewellery is handmade, please handle it with care.
- Please return defective/damaged/wrong goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to the sender address mentioned on the package.
