Refund
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom made jewellery items are not refundable unless they are damaged.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be transferred to your account, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched.
Normally our working days are from Monday to Friday (we do not dispatch orders on Saturday and Sunday).
Our working hours are from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
If the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the customer’s instructions. The parcel can either be delivered at another time or dropped off by neighbors only upon receiving the payment.
Delay in delivery may be caused by any natural disaster or delay from the delivery partner.Â
Shipping & Returns

- Shipping is available all over Pakistan
- Orders are mostly dispatched on the next days
- 7 days for shipping (normally orders are delivered in 2-4 days)
- Free Standard shipping (Pakistan) for all orders exceeding PKR 5000/-
- Elemental also has Premium Shipping available for your convenience.
- To curtail fraud, all orders are shipped on the COD payment method.
- We amend our policies from time to time, please stay updated with us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the shipper address mentioned on the receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Payments
You can pay cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
You can transfer the amount online directly into our Bank Account in advance and order will be dispatched upon confirmation.
